Since having kids I would get migraines every month before ovulation and/or my menstrual cycle. I didn’t have a lot of hope after trying other supplements to combat perimenopausal bloat and weight gain to no effect. I noticed some of the reviews for this product stated it improved their mood with someone saying they felt they got their old self back. I was already taking ashwagandha for stress with work so didn’t think too much of it. I’ve been on this product now for 30 days. Within the first two weeks my mood improved dramatically. I didn’t realize just how out of sorts I had been. I DO feel like I got my old self back. I haven’t lost any weight but I haven’t gained any more and I still struggle with bloating around my ankles, waist and face periodically. But for the sheer change in my attitude I am extremely grateful for this product and will be taking it as long as it continues to perform.

I did like this product, I did feel overall ease of symptoms and slept deeper. Although, I noticed the chromium dose amount was higher than most recommended levels, I still wanted to give it a try. I started developing headaches on a consistent basis and nausea was beginning to become more frequent so I’ve decided to discontinue this product and find something with lower chromium or none at all. If they made one without the chromium, I would definitely consider it again. Because everyone is different, I highly recommend checking with your doctor first before taking any supplement.

Took this product for about 6 months, worked wonders for my hot flashes. The only problem is that it has Black Cohosh in it and made my ALT levels spike. When I say spike, high levels are normally 48, mine were 76. High ALT levels affect your liver. Please be very careful when taking this and do your research into Black Cohosh.

Excellent product! I read many reviews and was not sure if this product would work however, my hot flashes and night sweats were gone in 2 doses, my sleep improved significantly and energy levels increased. I started with only taking one capsule in the morning as I tend to be very sensitive to any medications. One was all I needed to lower my stress and promote rest. After taking I realized how sleepy I would become about 20 minutes after taking. I thought maybe it was just me being fatgued so i did this for a couple of days and then realized that this was making me sleepy so I began taking at bedtime. Works perfectly now. I will continue to use at bedtime and only take one not the recommended 2 each day.

I used this for around 4 days. Each day I had the worst headache after taking them. I stopped, and the headache stopped. I am returning them for a refund.
