Hot water almost in a snap
OMG!! this is the best thing since chocolate milk..and a whole lot cheaper than a tankless water heater..the hot water isn't instant but it's warm and then it gets hot..it will definitely save on your water bill..it even has a timer so you don't have to have hot water 24/7..a friend installed it but please read the directions several times before you attempt your install..PLEASE NOTE: this recirculating pump DID NOT come with a senor valve with is necessary for the install..didn't realize it until we read the directions..there is a pump that does come with the sensor valve so check before you buy this particular pump..I am so thrilled and couldn't be happier..super please with my purchase.

Fail! Pump connector has the wrong thread count to connect to 3/4" FIP
FAIL!!! Every hot water heater in America has a 3/4" MIP (Male Iron Pipe) connector coming out of the top. This makes it really easy to connect to the 3/4" plumbing pipes in the house which is a FIP (Female Iron Pipe) connector. Why on earth would your pump not have a 3/4 FIP (Female Iron Pipe) connector?Equally as important, you do not specify what type of connector your pump does have, but through trial and error I have deduced that your pump comes with a 3/4 NPT (Hydraulic) connector. Here is where it gets interesting: they are both 3/4" but a MIP/FIP has a different thread count then your NPT!!! This means if you connect them, the connection will leak. You cannot screw the two tight enough, it WILL LEAK!!!!!Because you failed to do some really really basic Google homework to figure out that American pluming is 3/4" MIP/FIP, you get 1 star.

Quit working within a couple of months of use.
It hasn’t been a year since installed and it seized up causing it to get extremely hot and not push hot water throughout the house. We have only been able to use the newly built home for a couple of months in that year, so having it malfunction that soon was not expected. Very disappointed.

There are no adapter reducers
Product only includes 1/2 " to 1/2" hoses no adapters to 3/8". I had to purchase new hoses, 24" Faucet Supply Line, 3/8" Comp x 1/2" FIP.Limited instructions on installation. found DIY on Youtube.

Love having instant hot water!
We have always had to run the water in our kitchen sink for quite a while to get hot water. Now, with the re-circulating pump we have instant hot water! My son-in-law installed it with no problem. Works great. Definitely recommend it!
