Okay, we have tried every big name butt cream on the market. My baby has sensitive skin and gets irritated very quickly. At two weeks old, she got a terrible diaper rash and we bought this to use. It cleared up her rash by the next day! It is moisturizing, but not too thick as to trap too much moisture. You don't need a spatula or have to worry about the mess of the cream on your hands because it quickly sprays onto the peri area. It is so easy to use and is cost effective. I am not an expert, but I am fairly well researched and I trust the ingredients in this spray. We will continue to use this spray until she is out of diapers and for all future kiddos.

The best diaper cream spray, easy to use & leaves my baby comfortable and her bottom moisturized. Bottle lasts us with my 7 month old about 6-8 weeks. Also fragrance free. Fits nicely in diaper bag pockets.

Very practical and soft for the baby's skin This spray cream for diaper rash has worked very well for me. I love the spray format because it is more hygienic and easy to apply, especially when the baby is restless. It absorbs well, does not leave the skin sticky and creates a good protective barrier. It is hypoallergenic and has not caused any reaction, even on sensitive skin. Since we use it, the redness has decreased a lot and the skin looks calmer. I would definitely buy it again. Highly recommended.

This goes on now & provides the protection I want just like the thick spread on kind. I keep this in the diaper bag for on the go. I also use it during potty training my 1yr old grandbaby

Works well on the run, except when baby has an active diaper rash— then it seemed to hurt upon application.
