I was really looking forward to using this product, but unfortunately, it arrived with a significant crack on the surface (as shown in the photo). The material appears to be flimsy and not durable enough to withstand even basic handling or shipping. For a product that looks like it should be sturdy, this kind of damage is unacceptable. This crack not only ruins the appearance but may also affect its functionality and longevity. I expected better quality and packaging. Very disappointed with this purchase.

Received a damaged item initially. Amazon replaced well by delivering a fresh one and then picked the faulty at the same time and thanks to Amazon. It’s a shame the seller didn’t even bother to confirm the physical damage before despatch. It’s working just okay and too early to say how far this Chinese product can perform. I am using a Ryobi 18 v 4 ah battery powered for last two years and it’s great.Bought this as a gift for my sister. For the price and backing from Amazon, it’s a three star and a four star would have been eligible if the seller showed sincerity.
