Beautiful color that last all day . My eyes are sensitive and likes to water my makeup off but this hold up to my watery eyes

This eyeliner runs under my eyes.
I liked the color. But the problem is that it would creep under my eye and leave a line on top and under my eye. It is soft to go on ,but, it really smears. This would be great if it didn't smear under the eye. I would buy this again if it didn't smear to lower eye.
