This works very well for making gummies without gelatin. Which is the only thing I have used it for so far. There is no flavour and it dissolves well. The gummies have a good texture with a 1tsp Agar Agar to 1 cup liquid ratio.

I don't like working with gelatin so opted for agar agar to make gummies and this worked perfectly for me. (Takes a few trials/recipes to find what measurements will give you the texture you're looking for. This will not give you the grocery store gummy texture but makes for a safer gummy if giving to little ones.)
