It is easy to operate as it is compatible with multiple type of utensils both in shape ( flat or otherwise) as well as material( steel, glass, ceramic etc). While it heats up quickly the heat is distributed uniformly. The build quality is good and is easy to clean & maintain after use. It is useful for on-the-go cooking use as well. I liked it too much. Multipurpose use. Takes time to heat, but once it heated then you can make any dish. Grill is useful to roast chicken and atoms.
