Yu-Gi-Oh! Legendary Collection 4: Joey's World(Discontinued by manufacturer)

I wanted to start collecting and casually playing again, and in comparison to all the other sets, decks and boosters out there this box has some of the best pulls and most useful cards for duels. Since a great majority of the cards in this set work together this may be the next best choice following individual purchasing of cards to making a great deck for a good price. I plan to buy another one since I didn't pull a Harpie Dancer, Queen, or Pet Dragon, but pulled most of the Harpie trap and spell cards. Rating on my pulls is wrong even if i didn't get exactly what I wanted, since it was sealed, un-scaled, in perfect condition and came early I gotta give 5 stars.My best pulls included:Chain Destruction, Elegant Egotist, Horn of Heaven, Pot of Aravice, Red- Eyes Zombie Dragon, 2X Spirit Reaper's, Snoww Unlight of Dark World, Lava Golem, The Gates of the Dark World, Sabersaurus, Hysteric Party, A Deal with Dark Ruler, Solemn Judgment, Harpie Lady 3, Gravekeeper's Priestess, Beiige Vanguard of Dark World, Foolish Burial.Not bad for 23 bucks, and a great start to serious deck building.

It came quickly, cheaply (around $20 at the time) and factory sealed. Money is tight and It's important to feel like a set was worth it and this one is for sure. It features awesome promo cards (my favorite were the Sheep and Lamb tokens) and the mega packs were out of this world, guaranteed 1 Super, 1 Ultra and 1 Secret rare per pack.Here's some examples of what I pulled:- 2 Harpies Pet Dragon (UR)- 1 Mirror Force (ScR)- 1 Harpies' Feather Duster (ScR)- 1 Zombie World (UR)- 1 Compulsory Evacuation Device (ScR)The Joey board is double sided and has the Harpie Lady Phoenix Formation symbol on the back, very cool. Make sure that this set has the Konami plastic wrap on it when you receive it, nobody wants a scaled and re-sealed pack! (I've been hearing that happen a lot lately)

Very cool set for those just interested in collecting! Lots of cool cards in here, including newly released OCG cards. Bought 2 sets for ~$25 each. I think that's a fair deal for what you get and considering they are discontinued. The playmat is nice, but isn't up to date (no pendulum zones). Still great quality and nice looking!I pulled a few extra rares, like Summoned Skull and Amazoness Paladin. So weird I keep pulling those.. I pulled a Red Eyes Black Dragon though, which I think is a necessary card to pull for this set.Anyway if there are certain cards you are looking for, I recommend buying the singles instead. However if you like opening packs and don't mind pulling any cards from this line then this is the set for you!

The box came with some good cards and a cardboard, and very durable, play-mat. While you do get some cards that could be considered common, they will most likely be foil, which was a plus for me. The cards included aren't just cards the character Joey has used in the show, but also cards that other people he's dueled against has used. Be warned that THIS box does NOT include 300 cards, like the description might imply to some. It comes with six foil token cards, three limited edition foil cards (two of which can be used for tournaments while one isn't allowed), and five booster packs with pretty decent cards. If you want all of the 300+ cards, you'll have to collect all of the Legendary Collection boxes (Yugi's World, etc.) if you so choose. Otherwise, a single one of these boxes guarantees you some pretty decent and/or foil cards. If you're into Yu-Gi-Oh! cards and like dueling others, like I do, this is worth your money. Again, just make sure you realize and understand you're NOT getting 300 cards in one box, if that's what you're hoping for.

I used to collect these cards as a child in 2003. 15 years on, and I had the urge to buy these collections for the sake of nostalgia. I might even take up the hobby of collecting cards again. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and managed to pull one of my favorite childhood cards (that I never owned): Red-Eyes B. Dragon. I purchased my item from "The Gaming Broker"; the item came sealed with the original Konami seal, and the contents were in great condition. I was a bit worried because I had read some reviews from other buyers complaining of a seller with almost the exact name as mine (Game Broker vs The Gaming Broker), so I was expecting an empty box. Fortunately, that didn't happen. One of my items was first edition, and the other was not; the seller clearly specifies in their profile that they do NOT distinguish between first edition and unlimited, so this was not a problem for me as I already knew that. I got exactly what I paid for: Game board, 5 mega packs, and promotional cards (some of which are tokens). A great trip down memory lane for sure.

-SPOILERS- Ok just came back to yugioh honestly and when i found out what was in this box i had to buy it. xD and the other reveiws are right the box is really strudy and came quick and came in perfect condition. I got amazing pulls well since i have to restart collecting got the dark hole, mirror force, compuls, rota, reborn and harpie dance in this one box xD i was freaking out . and the tokens were nice too always wanted them honestly. well anyway great box i would deffinitly buy a few more getting that stuff really made me want too anyway.

son loves it , however has taken ages to turn up so therefore as yet cant even give a true comment on packaging as it has even turned up yet getting a little frustrated being honest :(
