Works well for me and keeps migraines at bay.

Great suplement, gives me all day energy . I notice it every time I take this I am less tired. I just hope they don't change the original formula. Also the new bittle looks fake/cheap.

Good combination

I've taken magnesium for years since I read it helps relaxation and sleep and muscles cramping up at night, plus most people are lacking in it. I also use magnesium oil and cream on my body. This supplement also contains l-carnitine and Coq10. I also take Coq10 in supplements, serums and creams. L-carnitine I haven't taken separately. There is only 200mg magnesium in three capsules, which is only half the daily recommended amount, so I wouldn't expect this to help too much with sleep unless you also take added magnesium. It's tough to review supplements since you usually need to taken them for months before you can tell any effects. I know that magnesium and Coq10 are great so I plan to keep taking this product. Doctor's Best is a trusted brand, but I think having to take 3 of these capsules a day makes this combination a little spendy.

This supplement includes three important ingredients for heart health, I started taking them and believe that I feel better. You have to take three capsules to get the dosage, so one bottle only lasts a month. It’s worth taking though

Used this product for husband's heart issues from bypass and stent surgery. Dr. Sinatra endorsed these supplements for the heart. CoQ10 helps support heart muscle. Husband received a good report from his heart doctor to be able to go out of state for vacation.

Read the label. A serving is three pills.

I believe that I feel a difference in recovery time. Side note, it smells terrible...just a heads up. Somewhat that of fish food? ..but not enough to deter use.
