I love this magnifying glass reader. It is light to hold, it is just the right size to read a page, the type of glass is made of plastic substance. Works well and is sturdy yet light. The light makes it easy to look at print or photos! I bought three of them! I have a photo album with older photos. Smaller photos. I love this item because I can see the detail in these photos. Makes a nice gift too! The price value is great! Very helpful gift to anyone!

Its nice quality for the plastic lens is distorted around the edges a little.

I bought this for my mom, who has glaucoma and was unable to read anymore (her favorite pastime). She had tried everything: new eyeglasses, brighter lighting, large print. She tells me the lighted magnifier is great and she can now read without a problem!

Light weight, variable light, terrific item.

I have 2 of these and highly recommend them. They make reading fun again. I particularly like the dimmable and rechargeable features and the on/off switch. I've tried a battery operated magnifier and don't like it; the batteries don't last long enough. I also bought a magnifier with a handle and don't recommend it. It's only half a page and the on/off switch is always in the way; it's way too easy to turn it off.
