This is amazing! We've had it for months now, no issues. The timer and heat settings are convenient, and the ability to wear it so it doesn't move off your back/easy to wear while sitting make this soo comfy. We love how soft this is and the cord is just the right length. You can definitely tell as soon as it turns off, it goes from warm to cool almost instantly. 100% worth the money.

Heats surprisingly quickly--a definite plus. Nice control options: variable timer and heat level settings. Has a nice heft, so it stays in place, even if you move around a bit while using it. Pretty blue fabric is good quality, stitching is also good quality. Very satisfied.

Man I searched on here forever it seems like to find a heating pad to suit my needs. I’ve read hundreds of reviews on different heating pads on here but ended up choosing this one cause all the positive reviews. I suffer from chronic neck and back pain. I work in a lab so I’m sitting down all day and my pain is through the roof. I needed some relief when I got home from work! I rated it 4 stars and not 5 cause it’s made for a bigger person. If you’re small and petite like me 5’4 125lbs you will have to wrap the blue strap around you twice so it presses up against your body so you can feel the heat. I had to use the strap from my robe to get it more against my body otherwise I couldn’t feel the heat. The snaps at the top around the neck doesn’t work for me cause I’m small. It does get hot enough so no complaints there. I received it in about 12 hours after ordering it so shipping was super fast! I did purchase the extended warranty cause some of the reviews says it stopped working around 6 months use. Bottom line is it does do what it’s intended so that’s what matters! I will purchase another in the future for a friend or family member. I took pictures so you could see what I was talking about in my review! Thanks for reading and take care!

wife says best heating pad every. most pads she runs at top temp, this one only on 3 out six settings. It wraps around you and the weight presses it in against your boday

I needed a heat pad big enough to fit for my neck and my lower back and middle back. This is a great product. It works fantastic. I said it for one hour to one and a half hours on three and it works great thank you so much. Paul.

I love this! I can get shoulder issues from being on the computer long hours each day. But I have started using this intermittently through the day (in addition to some neck & shoulder stretches) and it really helps!

Ored this for my husband. He has back and shoulder pain. It is nice he's able to relax more. So Soft and easy to wash.
