Item received in good condition in a branded box. This tablet is perfect for little ones who want screen time but you don't want to give them your phone or expensive ipad for them to drop and break or cover in sticky finger mess.This is an ideal option, it comes in a purpose built case so lots of peace of mind if or when its going to get dropped it will still be safe and work perfectly still.Size wise is great with its 10 inch screen size and it comes a host of features as you would expect. Whilst this doesn't have the power for top end games to run it is perfect for little ones who play basic and easy kids games or watch kids you tube clips like mine do.For the price and what you get with this is brilliant for smaller kids and it offers very good value for money.

Tablet arrived on time,it was a birthday gift for my grandson.

Not good as only had couple of weeks and it’s already started not working by freezing and not working when touch the screen

OK, this tablet is designed for kids in mind, but kids these days have very little patience and this tablet isn't the fastest, but it comes in a very nice carry case.Let's start from the top. After unboxing, it has a plastic screen protector which needs to be peeled off, but as you can see from the image, it's literally impossible to peel off as is, so I had to prise the tablet out of the case before I could grab the peel off tag.No instructions were included in the box, so you have to somehow work this out.When you prise the tablet out and fit back in, don't apply too much pressure as it's quite a tight fit.The tablet came fully charged, which was a good thing as it took over 35 minutes to get this up an running.It turned on fairly quickly, but the startup operation system took ages to get setup before it asked me to sign into a google account, after which it took another 15 minutes to then sync up and allow me to get onto the main homepage.The touch panel is not that sensitive and needs to be pressed hard. it does not seem to detect your finger that easily and sometimes you press an icon, hoping it has detected the press, but it hasn't. And then when it has detected the press, it can take a while to open so you're left to think if it had detected your finger in the first place.This to me, for a child to use isn't my kind of a good idea.Now I could have a faulty device, but after leaving it up and running for well over a day, I would have thought it's updated all systems and software in the background by now, so it shouldn't have any processes running in the background which could cause any delays. Even then it's slow.It does however have good apps installed especially for kids.

Android tabletA nicely designed, 10" android tablet for kids. This has a 10.1" full angle display, with a front and rear camera built in, not the most advanced of cameras but good enough for a little tablet for kids. The battery is 6000mAh, which is quite good, even with lots of tabs open and playing a game, it still lasts a while. The manoeuvrability of the screen and apps is very good, there are no lags in navigation, everything works with a quick tap of the screen, better than some previous kids tablets we've had.There are many settings built in, allowing the parent to have full control over the tablet, a few of these are, passwords to access parent features, setting time limits for the week, or for the day, creating multiple accounts, having control of the tablet through an app on your phone. (I haven't figured that bit out yet but I've seen it can be done) Restricting certain websites, having your own desktop and creating child friendly desktops, along with many more.There are plenty of built in child friendly apps, educational ones, many different types of arts and crafts, stem games, brain training, access many more child friendly games, there is a long list of more that can be installed that are compatible with the tablet. You have an AR zoo, along with little cards of zoo animals, when you hold the camera over these cards, you can watch the animals come to life on the screen.There are pre-installed child friendly shows, these are accessed safely through YouTube, some of these didn't work in the UK but 90% of them did. These shows aren't just cartoons, they're also storytimes, karaoke, music and more.This is a fantastic little tablet for kids. It's been very well thought out to keep it safe and child friendly, whilst also giving the parents full access to the tablet at the same time as the child. I would recommend it. Worth the price.
