These silver nursing cups have been a lifesaver! I was dealing with a lot of soreness and tenderness while breastfeeding, and these gave me so much relief. They’re super easy to use—just pop them in your bra between feedings—and I noticed a huge difference in just a couple of days.They feel cool and soothing right away, and I love that they’re reusable and made of natural silver with no creams or chemicals. Way better than constantly applying nipple cream and dealing with mess.If you're a nursing mama struggling with discomfort, I highly recommend giving these a try. They work great for me, I don’t really feel them when I put them on and all I have to do is rinse them off to keep them clean. They come with a little case that you can carry around you which is really nice.

Unfortunately, these nipple shields didn’t help at all. I was hoping they’d provide some relief, but even after putting them in the freezer, they only stayed cold for about a minute—definitely not long enough to make a difference. The cooling effect wore off almost immediately, and I ended up having to return them. Disappointed, especially since I really needed something that could actually soothe discomfort.

I exclusively pumped for 11 months and these were a staple for me. I would pop them in the fridge right before I started pumping and it always provided such a relief afterward. These have become one of my go to gifts for new moms who are planning to breastfeed.

When my nipples were hurting when my baby was cluster feeding, popping these in the fridge for a few and then putting them on helped a lot but when I would leave them in my bra they would pinch me so bad 😭 not really for me
