To me it taste like a lime seltzer so pretty good. I do get the seltzer after taste and it also suppresses my hunger. I take it first thing in the morning and I have to force myself to eat two hours later and i’m good for the rest of the day.I used to only get 4-6 hours of sleep because I had trouble sleeping but since drinking this I have so much energy through the day that I may wear myself out through the day that by 9 I get sleepy and do not have trouble sleeping at all. I do wake up at 6 am happy when I used to feel sluggish all day not anymore. Also my skin is clearing up I have psoriasis and in the summer it gets so much worst but it actually cleared up with a week of drinking this. I’m barely on the second week but love it so much!!! It does make me burp a lot which is something new and pooping green but so many more pros than cons.Another thing from this order that was sketchy is where I assume was the expiration date seems to have been wiped off leaving a black/grey mark. So buy straight from Nature Sunshine next time for sure.

Mixes WELL, tastes subtle - a nice apple taste that doesn’t taste super artificial. I have noticed that body odor is less prominent than usual when taking this daily.

Great taste! I love that they are individual packets so it’s easy to travel. It has a light smell… but pleasant. I do mix it with a greens and creatine… I have taken it alone as well. I mix it with a electric wish or shaker.

If you’re in your late 30’s or early 40’s this should be a staple in your cupboard! It helps so much with weird smells during perimenopause! I love the flavor; it tastes just like a green apple. 🍏

It has a good flavor, the color kinda shocked me at first. It’s very green. I’ve only been drinking it for 5 days do I haven’t noticed any changes yet.
