was a.lil confusing to figure out, ended up having to look up directions online. But simple to use once figured out. Was hand on camping trip but would definelty buy something with high watt hours for the fan usage we need. Easy to transfer,size is manageable and don't think I realized if it even makes any noises. Took about 6 hours to charge with the solar set up we had.

I charge this thing up and used it last night with my ResMed cpap 11. I used the a/c plug with the humidity on. It ran for 5 hours and had about 20% battery remaining. I think your max run time would be about 6 hours of run time. I've ordered an d/c coaxial plug adapter to run directly from the cpap to the backup via the 24 volt output. This will eliminate the need to run the a/c plug and should allow me to run longer with less energy consumption. I will update my review once I've get the adapter. The a/c charging takes about 1 hr for 20% of charge. I will also be hooking up my 45watt solar panels to see how long it takes to charge. We're going camping so I want to be able to charge it up without having to run my generator. I ran it for 7 hrs and it went down to 20% battery life. It used about 20 watts less energy than the ac inverter. It takes about 4 hrs to charge back up. I will find out how it charges during the camping trip using my solar panels. One thing that i noticed during the night, the cooling fan for the battery backup kicked on several times. Keep that in mind when using it. Keep the area around it clear. Update: Went camping with this for 3 nights. Turned of the humidity and tube heat. It used about for a total of 13 hours with my cpap. Used about 30% of the battery life. The screen acted like a night light. I also used it to charge my cell phone. Really like this. I would buy this again.

The power bank has a wireless charging station on the top of the unit. If you want the wireless charging function to work, it is necessary to turn on the power switch and then push on the "USB" button switch. This instruction is hidden in a far corner of the manual. Also, when I first got the device, I accidently pushed the Light button and the bright light was so bright I couldn't locate the Light button to turn it off. I am not kidding, it is bright. Before you do anything, take note of the location of the Light button. This Progeny does not deplete as fast as a Bluetti EB3A with a higher Wh rating which I own. I have started to use this for charging small devices instead of the Bluetti just because I do not need to recharge it as often. I like Bluetti but my EB3A is a slight disappointment. The Progeny is half the size and easier to move from place to place and seems to hold the charge longer. One reviewer has quite a list of features which the Progeny should have if it were ideal. I liked them all and I don't think those feather wouldn't have been so hard to include. Another thing I would like to see on any Chinese made device and that is to make the various feature buttons to be made in a contrasting color. Also, I am not a fan of labeling buttons with symbols rather than using words. Also, the symbols or words are often not very large or of a obviously contrasting color...as they should be. Finally, if you are new owner of this device, one of the first things you should do is to label the charging device/cord with a label to indicate what it is for. This simple task will make your life so much better.

It arrived fully charged, which was a nice surprise. Most features work as expected, with one notable exception. Some of the buttons require several attempts. I had to press the light button several times before it would come on....then it took ever more attempts to turn it off. I had similar issues with the USB button. Unfortunately, I have an immediate need....so returning it isn't an option just yet. I will just have to deal with the quality issues for now. Probably good to go with another brand. *****UPDATE****** I was looking to add solar charging and there's no helpful information on this. Looks like some folks state the max input is 45 watts. The PROGENY panels are 120 watts, but are out of stock. One commenter stated that panels come with a controller, so you should be good. What does this mean? First, the controller is needed to charger the 12V batteries in your vehicle, not not this device. What we really want to know is which panels should we buy. There's no point in buying a 200 watt panel system if this thing only charges at 45 watts. If there's some kind of conversion at play, like you only get 50% of the wattage at the device, then just tell us the rules. I don't want to spend $200 on 200 watt panels if 80 watts would max out the input anyway. And why try to sell us a 120 watt system if it's much more than can ever be used? Some stated solar charging didn't work at all for them. It appears the only direction from the seller is to purchase their panels....which are out of stock. It looks like you can get all types of technical details when it comes to use their panels to charge a Jackery system, but almost no information regarding their own device. PLEASE PROVIDE CLEAR GUIDANCE REGARDING SOLAR CHARGING. ******UPDATE******* The AC power stopped working. As soon as I turn it on, the unit powers off. It's now useless for me.
