The growth is phenomenal
These vitamins are wonderful. The taste just like normal vitamins. The thickness of my hair is beautiful from a low density to a medium. My 4a hair is bra strap length. The vitamins work!! They are a bit expensive so I buy them twice a month.

I am seeing changes
I am on my 2nd bottle. My nails are growing fast/strong. My hair is getting better. I have thin hair and it sheds. I hve lupus and on several medications however I am seeing some changes in my hair. I will continue taking. I take 2 per day in am.
