Tastes like tar … but the health benefits out weight the nasty taste . Best to just put it on the spoon and take it that way . It doesn’t dissolve well in anything I’ve tried .

I love this stuff I do a quick mix with warm water in the morning and I have an awesome energy level all day . Don’t take it too late on the day cause it might give you some trouble getting tired. I liked the value for the money but I’d like to see more studies into the effects , benefits , and side effects. The taste is not the best but but not something that will make you gag. It definitely worked for me and I could see the difference , not something I’ll use everyday but maybe once a week

I love this stuff. I’ve only been using it a week. My metabolism kicked in immediately. My energy levels are incredible. I’m 56 and I haven’t felt this good since my early 20’s. I’ll be using this the rest of my life. I make a soursop tea from leaves. I reheat it add a teaspoon of raw unpasteurized local honey and stir in the shilijit while still hot. Only way I could get it to dissolve adequately.

Hello , I purchased the product Shilajit Resin . It came with instructions and a it’s little scoop spoon . Today is day one of using product . I was unable to even take the pea size out of jar . Product got stuck on the spoons scooper / Could not dissolve in water and I did attempt to use another spoon to place in water cup / it won’t even mix . Can you please advise ? Are you able to eat off the little spoon with mixing product would not scrape out and mix in the cup of water

Solid product. I've tried a few shilajit companies after hearing about it on huberman lab and this one seems to be the best bang for your buck by far. I threw in a few pics; you can tell it's just the pure resin. I haven't done my labs to test my T levels but my gym sessions are feeling better, I'm feeling more energetic during the day, sleeping better, and am overall just happy knowing I'm getting all the minerals I need.

I'm so impressed by this product. I mixed it into "Traditional Medicinals" organic teas and I've only been taking it daily about 3 weeks and literally feel like my cells have been scrubbed from the inside! lolol I wish I could explain better, but allow for your brains to imagine that imagery.
