Small size and very little taste or smell make these easy to take. Great price for a vegan choice. I only wish they made them in a higher dosage so I could get 2000 omega in 2 capsules.

It contains flaxseed oil which contains good omega 6 that does not get mentioned in addition to the omega 3's. I store it in a dark glass bottle in the refrigerator. Probably not necessary but years of rancid fish oil habits are hard to break. These are easy to take and of good quality and testing. I am not vegan but the quality is obvious for anyone concerned about reliable omega 3. They are also priced right.

Taste is excellent in my opinion. A hint of lemon in the after taste. They don’t upset my stomach at all and I take three doses, daily. I prefer the ingredients (plant based omegas) over fish oils.

That’s really worth specially because they don’t smell and taste bad like others and they have good benefits

These really easy to swallow, don't even need water. No after taste. A bit expensive as 3/day finishes fast.
