I bought these a few weeks ago. So far, I've only taken one a day rather the recommended two because I don't generally eat breakfast. Even with just the one, I can't believe the difference it's made! For years I've suffered with chronic fatigue. I was constantly sluggish, forgetful, and unfocused. I run my own business from home so things can get pretty hectic and the hours can get pretty long. Some nights I'm operating on only three hours of sleep, and some days, no sleep at all. My eyes will be shutting as I'm at the computer. Now, I'm not only getting better sleep, leading to more refreshed mornings, but on the nights when I only get a few hours' sleep, I'm STILL waking up feeling great (a little tired, but nothing a cup of coffee doesn't cure, as opposed to the way it used to be where I had ten alarms going off for two hours.) I'm also more focused leading to more work being done at a quicker pace, and I finally have the energy to do projects I've been putting off around the house. I would give this TEN stars if I could. I'm going to start having a small breakfast so I can take two capsules because if one makes me feel this good, I can't imagine how much I'll be zooming around with two. (For those concerned with taking it on an empty stomach, I haven't had a problem with just the one, but if I don't drink a bottle of water with it, I do get a slight headache. But once I drink the water, it goes away.) THANK YOU for changing my life with this!!! I thought I was destined to live as a sloth before I found this!

Other vitamins that say they're GF, Vegan, etc have given bad rashes and allergic reaction, UNTIL I found EU Naturals. I love "Spark", Hypothyroid runs in my family so I’m always concern that I’ll develop it too. This Vitamins are easy to swallow, and even if you don’t feel like taking them you can just open it and blend it in a smoothie or shake. I've been taking "Spark" and "My Brain" and I REALLY feel the difference. My migraines have reduced the pain level and I don't have them as often as before. And both of them have helped incredibly on my daily basis. I'm more focused at work, more awake, I rest at night and wake up fresh (I'm not a morning person).

I have been taking this for the past year, it had done wonderfully with giving me extra energy and making me feel hungry, which is why I started taking it. This last bottle I purchased has a perfume smell to all the pills and has not had the same affect. I tried to reach out to the company but it's a busy signal.

I was looking for a way to more natural solution than my synthetic levothyroxine. I was amazed how my TSH levels dropped when I started taking this and just to test the theory, I excluded it from my vitamin regimine 7 days before getting labs drawn and my numbers increased. This product works so well that my PCP suggested to continue my Levothyroxine and scale down the Thyroid spark to every other day!! I said maybe I will do the opposite and continue the thyroid spark and scale back the Levotyroxine, lol. (exactly what I am doing and follow up labs in 3 months)

I was feeling very tired rundown all the time, feeling like I had no energy to do anything even for a light walk. I’m in my early 40’s and have been struggling to maintain and lose weight and feeling very fatigue. When I worked out, I noticed that I lacked the motivation and energy to get through my workout..it was a struggle. I started to take Thrive and noticed immediately that it really helped me to burn more calories during my workout and gave me more energy. I haven’t experienced any jitters or an upset stomach. Nor did I experience a bad taste.

I’ve been taking this Spark supplement for over a year and have been able to lower my thyroid medication because of it which makes me very happy! I trust this brand and their quality. I’ve taken other thyroid supplements that taste bad, I think because of the guggul ingredient but not positive, and this one they add a citrus flavor so it tastes good and in capsule form so easy to swallow. I wish it was a little less expensive just because I take a lot of supplements and they add up, but I think it’s worth it for the quality. I also take the Staying Cool and Regulate from this brand and it’s really helped my brutal PMS symptoms. I hope this helps.

We last received this product on February 1st, 2024, and consumed the product as usual. However, something was off this time. We felt no difference after consuming this product. Unlike the past experience with this product, there was NO effect from its consumption. We have been consuming this product for a couple of years, so we know how each dose makes us feel. The effect takes place within a couple of hours of consumption. However, this time, it didn't. Therefore, we looked at the label to read the ingredients and to see the amount of each ingredient. To our shock and dismay, the amount of each ingredient changed drastically. What is alarming is that the percentage of the daily value was not changed despite the ingredient amount changing. 🤬🤬🤬 The manufacturer, EU NATURAL, is deceiving the public. A 3rd party not affiliated or associated with EU NATURAL should be mandated to test the ingredients for the quality AND amount of each ingredient!!!! Please see the screenshots as evidence. If the amount of the ingredients have changed, then the daily value percentage must be changed, too. If you're only getting 60%, the daily value can't be 100%.
