I’m a social softball player, playing once a week with a team. I’m not bad but was having a hard time borrowing heavier and longer bats from the men. I treated myself to this during a Prime Day deal and so glad I did. 1- I love the color 2- The length is correct for my height where I don’t have to choke up 3- The weight allows me to get my swing around quicker 4- I didn’t have to take out a mortgage to pay for a bat I only use 2 hrs a week for fun so the value is with it.

I recently got back into softball, and I needed a bat for fast pitch instead of slow pitch. This bat is aluminium, so if you hit any speedy pitches you will notice the vibrations off the metal, unlike a composite material bat. The vibration can be a bit painful on the hands. Since using this bat, I realize I much prefer composite bats. But this bat will do the job for a casual softball player who doesn't want to spend $400 on a composite bat or for younger kids learning to play the game. It's very lightweight, so it's easy to swing quickly.
