A really lovely smart watch, looks lovely on and the interchangeable face styles are all fabulous. Easy to set up and use and seems to do the job accurately. Very pleased with purchase.

The RADLEY Series 21 Smartwatch looks beautiful, and the pale gold stainless steel strap is very comfortable. It’s great for tracking fitness and notifications, and the lozenge design is elegant. However, the watch disconnects from the app quite often, which can be frustrating when trying to sync data. If they fix the connectivity, it would be near perfect.

watch is absolutely brilliant but very disappointed in Radley. when I reported that the charger wasn't working they suggested I buy a new one. I did replace the charger (not bought from Radley) and the watch is now charging as it should. this is because the charger I received with the watch was faulty. I think it should have been replaced free of charge

Bought for the sole purpose of tracking step count but it is completely inaccurate, frequently doesn’t log any steps at all, so doesn’t do the job required!

Firstly I'm annoyed as it's gone down in price since I bought it but nevermind. This is not a great smart watch. I considered returning it but I'm keeping it purely because I like the way it looks with the stainless steel strap. But if you want precise data, this isn't the watch for you. Firstly I have smallish woman sized wrist and had to have links removed which is fine, but because they are hard unlike a sports strap, it's difficult to position the watch itself so it sits snug on your wrist to collect data. The app is garbage. You cannot force a sync easily or edit your data and frequently it just doesn't sync at all. I mainly use it to check sleep but it's not reliable. Once you are awake, even if you go back to sleep it won't record that. It tells me I have not woken in the night when I know I have, and yet apparently records that I have when I don't remember waking at all. However it gives me a vague idea of how many hours deep sleep I am getting so interested for that purpose. Basically, if it's the 'smart' part of the smart watch you prioritise, buy something else. If you are just wanting something for fun and that looks good then you'll be satisfied.

Wow pretty impressed with how nice the watch is in this price range. I previously had an old fitbit but it broke and it had a nice gold strap so I was after a nice gold watch. Easy to use and setup. I have small wrists so I had some links removed. Can't wait to count my steps in Japan.
