Good "universal" remote - check compatibility
Works as well as my original item. All the buttons that I need use as well as the voice control and it works well with both my Cox cable box and my Visio television. Some of the buttons will likely need to be programmed but that seemed to be easy and routine. I'd check the compatibility charts before buying but I've had to buy a few since my dogs think it's a chew toy and have never had a problem with the actual units (until they were in pieces).

Did not work and cheap
Upon opening it felt cheaper than other Comcast remotes that look the same. Put multiple batteries in it and wouldn’t come on.
