In love with this essential oil! I use it in a oil burner when I practise Yoga, a few drops on my pillow at night helps me to have a peaceful sleep. Highly recommend for soothing, calming and relaxing atmosphere.

Really relaxing to use when massaging. Two drops on your finger and rub into your third eye. Kick back and meditate. Cheap and effective, gotta love it!
