Sadly returning my red light for the second time. The first red light I received seemed to work ok for the first 4 days. However, the plug that you put in the wall was fairly hot every time I unplugged it. On the 5th day, both the 850 and the 940 mode went out completely. Only the 660 mode would work. I returned and ordered the same light again hoping I just got random bad one the first time. The second one I received I was never able to even turn on. When putting together, there are 4 prongs that you are supposed to put into 4 holes. The prongs do not align at all (prongs are close together, holes are far apart). Even tried moving the prongs with tools to make them fit, but sadly they wouldn't budge from their spot. The two pieces are not compatible to fit together and I can not use the light all.

I bought this Red light lamp and wondering how to connect the 2 wires for the light? The blue ends do not attach. The female end is all the way into the black part of it so the male end doesn't fit in. Did anyone else have this problem and if so how did you fit it together? Thought I might try to stretch the black part of the female end but afraid I might ruin it. Any ideas?
