I recently purchased this office chair, and I can confidently say it's a dream come true for anyone who spends long hours sitting at a desk. First and foremost, it’s absolutely beautiful—it adds a touch of elegance to my workspace. The soft cushioning feels heavenly and provides the comfort I never knew I needed. One of my favorite features is the built-in massage function. It’s a game-changer, especially after a long day of work. I also appreciate the leg rest, which adds an extra layer of relaxation during breaks. The remote control for the massage and leg rest functions is intuitive and easy to use, making it a breeze to adjust settings to my liking. And you can fully lay back in it heck I might sleep in it. As for the adjustable armrests, they work wonderfully, especially when using a standing desk. They can be easily modified to fit my preferred height, providing just the right support when I switch between sitting and standing. I initially bought a cheaper chair, but it didn’t have nearly as much cushioning or comfort as this one. The difference is night and day! While it’s true that this chair is a bit louder than my previous one, it’s a minor issue that I can live with considering all the incredible features it offers. Overall, if you're in the market for an office chair that combines beauty, comfort, and functionality, I highly recommend this one. It truly feels like the ultimate office seating experience! Also it came in faster than expected!

I purchased this chair as a Christmas gift for my son, and he couldn’t resist opening it early! He was absolutely thrilled. The chair is exceptionally well-made—sturdy, comfortable, and crafted from high-quality leather with no unpleasant odors. The built-in massage function is a wonderful bonus, allowing him to relax whenever he feels tired. If you’re looking for a thoughtful gift for a family member or friend who spends long hours at a desk, I highly recommend this chair—it’s both practical and luxurious.

This chair is fairly simple to assemble and is beautiful in appearance. Unfortunately that is where the positive experience ended. The armrest is faulty and slips to the lowest position which is nearly level to the seat of the chair making typing very uncomfortable working at a desk. I reached out to both Amazon customer service and the seller (Homrest) multiple times and neither were interested in assisting with resolution. Each suggested I reach out to the other. I asked for a replacement left side arm rest my request was declined. Considering how expensive this chair was I expected it to be functional for more than a month. To add to the frustration both the vibrating and heating functions stopped working after a month. I did not bother asking for assistance with this as my prior requests for customer service help were ignored. If it was not such a large item to ship back I would have returned this worthless chair. I will never order from this company again. I buy from Amazon regularly and usually customer service is helpful, however Amazon customer service was quite the disappointment regarding this item. Don't waste your money or time on this overpriced junk!

I’d like to give this a 5 star but I’m taking off one start for the massage. It’s super comfy, sturdy, and well-made. I do love the foot rest as well. It’s super easy to put together. The leather is very soft and looks great!! However, if you’re looking for a chair that massages then you may want to consider another chair. At most, it vibrates really hard, not massaging at all.

Honestly, I was a little unsure before buying, but this chair turned out to be a great purchase. It was pretty straightforward to put together, and everything felt solid once assembled. I sit for long hours working on my computer, and this chair is really comfortable. For the price, I think it’s definitely worth it. No complaints so far.

This chair uncomfortable if you work for 10 hour days. I do like the fact this chair has the heat and vibration. The lumbar support is fantastic!. The heat and message is great but the seat itself there is an extra piece and it bothers my butt it add additional pressure in places it shouldn’t. If the seat was flat it would be so much better but it’s like you are sitting on a wrinkled blanket ALL day. Please consider this review before buying. I have had the chair less than a year and I am going to buy a seat pad for it because I like the chair with the exception of the uneven seat. The arms also need more fill in them. The color is great and the chair has a lot of flexibility but the seat is my big hang up.
