Promixx Pursuit Shaker Bottle Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle and Blender Cup, 550ml, Ocean Calm Blue

I have used and abused this daily for a couple of months. It has stood up really well. I dropped a 20kg plate on it and it’s often in the footwell of my truck, besides a couple of scratches it has not taken any damage and it hasn’t leaked once. It’s pretty good at keeping drinks cold, not like a thermos would but good enough for a couple of hours. The blender grate is a really simple and effective design and doesn’t rattle around like a shaker ball does.The stainless cup cleans really well and the lid / grate can be separated for a good scrubbing. A couple of times I have found that it has begun to develop that horrible shaker smell so I sanitise it with Milton tablets twice a week now.My only complaints would be that it is relatively small, maybe another hundred ml or so would be nice but not a big deal. I would also like a slightly more ergonomic carry loop as the rectangular section digs in a little if you swing it from just one finger (as you would it your hands were full).

Not used a Protein shaker for years. Last one I had used a mesh ball to do the mixing. This has the same thing but integrated into the lid.Most people have a host of drinks bottles these days. Some good, some not so good. This one is great. It doesn’t look like a protein shake bottle so it can be used for everyday drinks or for your pre/post workout shakes.The mixer in the lid easily detaches so it’s very easy to clean. No chance of the inevitable Protein Shake stench coming from this. Also as it’s Stainless it won’t hold onto smells like the plastic shake bottles.The lid has a closer and a carry handle. The closer for the mouth piece fits well and seems like it will last. Obviously need to keep your finger over it whilst shaking. The carry handle is good too. Easy to grab it with one finger whilst o your way out.The shaker comes in various colours, I went for the generic Grey colour which is cool.This is expensive at £20 but you pay your money and you get your goods. This will last a lifetime as long as you don’t drop It!All in all this is a great Protein shake bottle.Doubt I’ll ever need another!

This is a good durable sturdy shaker bottle. It mixes quite well with protein powder (I use myprotein chocolate brownie whey isolate if that makes a difference) however not so well with my collagen powder. No leaking so far. The colour of the bottle is beautiful and exactly like the image. The size is decent and i love that it has a little hook to the lid, however the shape of the bottle itself is quite large for smaller hands around the middle and can be bulky for transportation. The mixing plastic part is easily removable and the separate parts are easy to clean. Overall a good product that I'd recommend.

I’ve been struggling to find a leak-proof bottle to bring my mid-afternoon or post-gym smoothie into work without leaking all over my bag. This bottle is not only totally leak-proof, but also contains a built-in shaker to loosen up any bits as I usually drink a few hours after the smoothie has been made. It also keeps drinks really cold and super easy to clean. Great value for money.

Nice build quality, aesthetics, and feel to it, but the mixing just does not work well enough for meal replacement powders .. at all. No matter how much it's shaken there are always a desert spoon or so's worth of big lumps left, and that's with me using just 1 scoop of huel, not 2, and plenty of liquid. Very unpleasant.The number of hours it keeps stuff cool or hot for is kind of disappointing too, given the price.Probably mixes alright for powders that are finer or used in much smaller amounts, like creatine/preworkout/collagen?For me it's just relegated to being a very overpriced travel mug.

Great quality shaker, and a huge step up from the plastic shakers which I have been using for years - makes the whole experience much better.

In theory this shaker should be great to keep clean and free from smells and leakage. But in reality it doesn’t happens. Despite the fact I clean straight after I use it the plastic bits will always retain the smell. Specially creatine! 🤢 and gets worse with time.But for me the leakage is the big issue. Noticed the first days I used but I though, maybe I should just screw the lid a bit tighter. Not much changes. As you can see in the pic just prepared another protein shake (and no, it’s not full, I’ll say 2/3), just left it on the counter and as I got back all the liquid started to leak. Far from ideal. Didn’t get that with my previous one that was a cheap plastic thing.Got persuaded by the good reviews on here.But cannot recommend this to anyone.It’s a shame because it looks and feels of quality.Update:Complete waste of money. It just leak every time now. Pretty annoying. Went to a sport shop and bought a cheap one and guess what, mixes better and no leaks.So, just don’t buy it.

I can't see this leaking for a long time - very solid build quality, each part is detachable for easy washing and the agitator for powders is very very effective. No trace of powder remaining after a good bit of shaking, and it makes no noise like a shaker ball.The inside is metal so it keeps cold for a lot longer than you'd expect without producing any condensation that can make things wet.Buy cheap, buy twice, so just spend the extra money on this one. If you get one with the same build quality as mine then you will not be replacing it for a long time.
