I've put 100 lbs on the chain and still holding well. Obviously I dont use 100 lbs in my workout but it's nice to know it just wont snap on me. You will need to use a soft hat or a towel around your head as it itches and rubs a lot, but if you dont mind it, it's still really good to use.

Easy to use and clean, durable and comfortable. Works well with kettlebells, steel disc weights and resistance band carabiner clips. You can find plenty of neck exercise examples on YouTube.

Overall I do like this product. As someone without a ton of experience with neck workouts, it got the job done, but I would make a few recommendations to the seller. The flaps that hang down over the ears add more options but the lack of padding on the ear can be really uncomfortable. It took me a while to position the brace in a way that didn't make me feel like my face was being ripped off. The chain felt really flimsy but I had 25lbs attached and it held pretty well. It would be nice if there was a way to make it to where you could work out both sides of the neck instead of just the front. I tried reversing the brace position and will continue to do so but the chain was too short to comfortably accommodate that position.

I am a grappler and neck strength is of the utmost importance for safety. I found that the Rim sports neck harness is great for building up the muscles of the neck. I attach it to elastic cords and can do various neck exercises. What I like most about it is that it is adjustable and can get a nice snug fit so I can concentrate on the movement instead of messing with an ill fitting head piece. It is of high quality and can see it lasting for a long time. It came promptly . Overall I am very happy with this item. The only thing that could make this better is more rings so you can train the neck from more angles.

First, the thing works the neck. Second be sure you are there to explain what it is to your significant other. My wife opened it while I was at work and sent me a message asking what kind of crazy sex device did I order and think she was going to use. I was confused until the photo arrived and then I could not stop laughing. Worth the money for the comedy alone.

Amazing addition to my workout equipment.This neck harness is very nice for strengthening those neck muscles in all directions. Once you put it on, adjust the sizing with the velcro straps to your head, it works perfectly. I use stroops resistance bands for the side neck workouts (any resistance band could work i just like the stroops because they come with hook clips at the ends so its easier to attach to this headpiece).Definitely recommend this to everyone, the neck is one of those neglected muscles that most people dont really exercise. 5 out 5 for quality, ease of use and durability.

The media could not be loaded. I used to use this back in the day when Gyms used to carry it . Now that I found it in Amazon , I love it, and highly recommend it to everyone who works out or doesn’t . Our neck muscles like every muscle in our body is very important. As we age , we get this wrinkly turkey neck , This well help tighten those muscles and skin. I’m 55 years of age going on 56 . This product is simple to use and you can use as much weight as your neck can take. Stitching is perfect Ana material on point .

I have a small head so the others that i found on Amazon (moose) weren't a good fit cuz the velcro pads were not long enough.This is a 3 way velcro strap. One on top of the head, one around the head and one under the chin. The velcro is long and sufficient to strap yourself in at any size. So far I have been using it up to 30lbs but I'm confident that 45lbs+ would be no problem for this neck harness.It has 4 D rings. 2 that hook up by your ears and 2 that are on straps that are hanging by your chin. The straps that run by your face to your chin provide some protection so the chain does not brush up against your face.It feels sturdy and strong. I would by this one again.

This neck harness is a great option for those people that can't afford a Neck Flex but at the same time don't want to compromise on safety getting those really cheap harnesses that break after 20kg. In terms of the weight loading capacity, I've tried up to 80kg (just to test lol, my neck ain't that strong, yet😔) and it's held up well.It's also quite comfortable. And the fit is adjustable.

Wow, I am super impressed with the quality of this neck harness and how it differs compared to my previous ones.The durability on this harness is a 10/10 and for the price, this is a bargain and I can only imagine this lasting me a very very long time.I also have a small head so the fact this has 3 adjustable straps is just perfect.if your thinking about buying this, well don't think .. just buy it.

I was looking to address a weak point in my workout routine and this neck harness for the bill. Very adjustable and strong, well suited to my newly added neck excercise regimen.
