I love how strong the Velcro grip is! I ran 3 miles in it the first time I used it and it was comfortable and stayed in place. I was afraid it was going to be too small so I ordered 2 a small and medium. I have a 34” waist and the small fit perfectly. I will have to exchange the medium for an extra small :)

After less than two weeks of use combined with about 150 minutes of weekly exercise, I have already lost an inch from my waist, which really surprised me.At that time I had also noticed that a seam had broken and contacted the seller, who replied within only a few hours and issued a full refund, so that I may order a replacement without having to return the damaged product.Overall it is an effective product and the Customer Service is outstanding.Would definitely buy again and refer to friends.

I had my son in March of 2020 and ever since then I have been wearing this waist trainer. All of my kids have been C-section but with my middle child I had suffered from some ab separation (diastasis recti). After having my third son and immediately protecting those abs I was able to fully reverse the ab separation I had previously suffered after baby number two. I wear it pared with Maely's cosmetics belly tightening serum and they are great!. I have support for my back. The trainer is wide enough to cover my entire midsection and the Velcro bands helped to adjust when my waist continued to shrink. I haven't had it a year and I feel like I need a smaller size! I will say that the elastic in the bands has come apart which stick out making the trainer look. The velcro has also become weak and will occasionally release without warning. Other than that. It's been great.

Great purchase! I love how it helps with your posture and you can actually tell that it’s working! I suggest you actually work out in your trainer! You’ll see results within a month if you are consistent! Consistency is key!!
