I did the 10 day cleanse from Purium and lost 10 pounds in 10 days and have kept it all off for 5 months now. I have always eaten fairly healthy and have tried losing weight with diet and exercise because I truly believe it to be the best way. I am not a fad diet or cleanse type of person. That being said, it is very difficult for me to lose weight. I had been trying for a long time to lose the same ten pounds but had little success. A friend of mine at work did the cleanse and I remember saying to her "I see you have taken off some weight but won't it come right back on once you finish the cleanse." Well, it hasn't for her or for myself. This was the only thing that helped me get the weight off and keep it off. The Super Aminos were the best part. Somehow they kept me feeling full and energized so I didn't have to take in as many calories but also didn't feel like collapsing. In fact, when I did the cleanse, after just two days I had so much energy. I was practically jumping out of bed. Since finishing with the cleanse I have felt that I don't need as much food to be satisfied and that is what I think keeps the weight off. I do still take the Aminos and drink the shake from the cleanse once in a while to stay on track, either for breakfast or lunch, but not daily. It makes me feel good to put good things in my body and serves as a reminder to make good choices.

Easy way to get my essential aminos. I have been taking these for over year . I take five tablets before my dinner. During the day I have those same amino’s in my garden of life raw protein and greens But if I did not have my rock protein and greens I would take the five tablets at that time as well.

Decent product but not worth the money

Ive lost 30 lbs on the diet and so have most of my co-worker that did the diet too. This will be my third time doing the Purium diet and I love that it works to reduce the amount of food I eat after the diet is over. Would recommend it to anyone that wants to loose a few lb's. Mahalo Purium

I have been using this product for a while now. It started with the Ten Day Celebrity Cleans by Purium. I still use the super aminos and the purium shake. I do not sell Purium products but I am happy with the quality and results
