This product is very pleasant tasting and helps to keep you feeling full for a while. It also seem to help with bowel movement. I like it a lot and it is easy to swallow no harshness to it, the texture thickness etc. Wish the bottle was bigger.

At first, when I got my package, I was so excited to try it, I tried it warm, which I do not recommend, but once it gets cold, it is so good, I feel a difference in my energy level and just overall wellness, I would highly recommend this product, will be buying more!!

Taste is good.Texture is ok. Kind of expensive for a two week supply. So, you’re looking at about $70/ month to keep it going. For several months I have been suffering with a problem that I suspected was a nutrition deficiency caused by dieting. Not an over night miracle but as they advertised, about 30 days after starting the Sea Moss, this the problem has mostly cleared up and I do notice more energy. So I am thinking it was effective.. Pretty easy to take two tbsps a day.I don‘t mix it with anything. Just take it straight from the jar.

I went through so many reviews and it seems people either love this stuff or hate it. I followed a recommendation to get the pineapple & mango as the most palatable and I think it has the consistency and taste of Jell-O. Very easy to take. I noticed better regularity in my bowel movements within the first few days and definitely less bloating by the afternoon. I have a pair of jeans that usually gets tight after my second meal of the day and they were fine even after dinner! At the end of my first jar, I could see improvement in my skin. I don't really have many issues at 41 but I'd say it gave me more of a glow and my typically dry skin felt less tight right after washing my face or getting out of the shower. I will definitely be buying again, maybe even trying another flavor but I do recommend this one!!

I have been taking blue sparilla sea moss sense May 15th 2025. I'm on my 4th jar. I LOVE THIS STUFF! I'm fifty seven years old and I feel amazing! No Ace, no pains, no menopause hot flashes, tons of energy and mental clarity is amazing. With menopause you can get brain fog and it's completely gone. My stomach has becoming like It's usual self again. During my metapause journey I have gained about ten pounds and it was all on my hips and stomach. It's slowly but surely melting off. I've always been a healthy active person who ate a balanced diet.However ,as we age somehow our body doesn't receive the vitamins and minerals as easily as at once did. This truly is a super food that I keep sharing with my friends. I'm so eternally grateful for this product and will continue to take it. I don't take my regular vitamins anymore either. I get everything I need from this, and nutritious whole food.You won't regret purchasing and you'll get your life back.

I'm disappointed 😔 I had been buying this sea moss before it went viral. I liked the original unflavored one. I had it on a subscription so that it automatically sent me one each month. Suddenly, one month my subscription didn't show up. I checked on it and turned out the product was "temporarily unavailable". In the meantime I tried an replacement which didn't taste the same. It took about 2 months for the product to show up back here again. Sadly, when I got the sea moss for the first time after it disappeared for a while, it looked and tasted different. I wonder if anyone else whose been buying these noticed this? It's sweet now and darker in color...it had never been like that prior to this. I'm definitely disappointed as it was my favorite one.

Only giving it 4 right now based on taste, I just tried it today and it absolutely tastes like cinnamon apple sauce, I did sprinkle a little more cinnamon on top of the spoon. I can't comment on benefits yet, but will after a month of using it. I was so scared to try this as I've heard sea moss tastes terrible and like fish. While there is a bit of aftertaste of like seaweed, its not bad. If you like sushi, you won't have a problem with it. Hopefully I see good things with this and will continue to purchase if I do. It also does smell like apple sauce. As I sit here writing this, the after tastes also kinda reminds me of how leather smells.... sounds weird but not a bad thing it goes away as I drink my water.
