Just writing a first overall review. This robot vacuum and mop is incredible. The mapping and decision making is beyond description. So far it has mopped the kitchen floor and vacuumed the rest of the first floor without issue. It can even go over my floor spacers that divide the hardwood floor from the stone floor. Sometimes it needs to backuo, figure it out, then go over it. The programming in the app is easy and flawless. I am not doing scheduling now. I just do the cleaning based on what needs to be done. I realize this is a bit more pricey than other robots but the features and intelligent designs make it worth it. Very happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S AI Robot Vacuum and Mop for a few times now, and I honestly can’t believe I didn’t switch to this sooner. Before this, I had a different brand that constantly struggled with hair. No matter what, it would always get tangled in the brush and stop working halfway through a cleaning session. I was getting so frustrated! But with the DEEBOT T30S, I no longer have to worry about that at all. This robot uses advanced AI to map and clean my house, and it’s honestly like it has a mind of its own. It maneuvers around obstacles and under furniture with such precision. I’ve noticed it does a fantastic job in all corners, areas that my old vacuum just couldn’t reach. Plus, it avoids tangling with cords or getting stuck under low furniture—something that my previous model was notorious for. The vacuuming performance is impressive, but the mop feature is a whole other level. I was skeptical at first, but the mop actually leaves my floors looking sparkling clean, without leaving streaks or soaking the floors. It really adds that extra touch to my cleaning routine. I also appreciate the self-emptying dustbin—so convenient! With my old vacuum, I was always emptying the dustbin after every use. With the DEEBOT T30S, it empties itself and alerts me when it’s time to clean the bin, which saves me so much hassle. And it’s fairly quiet too, so it doesn’t disrupt my day while it’s cleaning. All in all, the ECOVACS DEEBOT T30S has exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s efficient, reliable, and actually gets the job done without the frustrations I had with my previous vacuum. If you're tired of your robot vacuum constantly getting stuck or failing to do a good job on pet hair, I highly recommend giving this one a try. It’s truly a game-changer!

I purchased this in July 21 as a Christmas present. I gave the gift to the person it does not work. I contacted you and you said that the date to return it was passed. I contacted the manufacturer and they said that you sold it as as a used unit and they will not warranty it. If you do not warranty, this, my purchases with you is going to be much less. This was an expensive item and if I can’t get my money back, then I’m going to be very unhappy.

I was terrified that as soon as the return date passed my robot would breakdown. But I'll give everything that I've made note of: 1. The mapping feature cut off the front of my house the first 3 times I tried to map. It turned out, it needed to be moved a more central area, so I had to forgo the area I've always designated for my robot base. I have crappy wifi, I'll admit, but I had an old robot that mapped no problem, so that was disappointing. But it maps incredibly fast! 2. The mapping and map viewing took a minute to get used to. I was confused as to why I could no longer see the robot's live progress after a few cleanings, and it turns out it only works in the 2d map, not the 3d. 3. You have to place furniture and stuff on the map manually, down to the exact measurements lol I can't do it. I might try. 4. Smart settings and stuff took a while to get used to as well! I was confused on how to set up custom cleanings for different times during the week. And found out that's what the scenarios are for! You customize everything and save it as a scenario, then you can schedule when you want that cleaning scenario to take place! 5. It's made the power go out in the section of the house that it's in multiple times, idky. And when it does lose power and signal the vacuum will look aimlessly for the base despite it being mapped, and slightly heavy handedly to find it lol 6. It will recognize rugs to an okay degree, I assume it would be far better if I had them anchored. As of now, it will drag the rugs. Though, oddly enough it never gets completely stuck with mine. If it can't gently wiggle its way out of a bind after a few tries, it will heave itself free. At least in my case. But the mopping pads will slip under my runner rugs and get it wet. I really do think they just need to be anchored. 7. The AI cleaning where the vacuum will completely customize it's vacuum levels and water levels with mopping and repeatedly go over spots until their clean can only be done for an all over clean. I haven't found any way to do it with a scenario clean or individual room clean 8. Other things are small -the wheel jutting out for corner cleaning will stay jutted out the entire time unless you switch that setting off. It's designed to clean quicker, it says. -It stops to clean the mop almost every room but I don't mind her being a little bougie like that. -The vacuum didn't come with any replacement parts or cleaning solution, it was about $50 more dollars for both (i got a lot of replacements). Mine didn't come with a cleaning tool, I had to get it with the replacement order. -dirty floor water container will smell bad but only when you open it and pour the dirty water out -it doesn't go under things as much or as thoroughly as my old vacuum -the voice is quiet to me even at maximum volume -still don't know if it will do a true dry mop, but you can set the water down to the lowest and it's perfectly fine -some error messages won't leave the app even after fixing it. You have to manually confirm to the app that you've done it, and then it will turn off. -it tells you when it's time to clean the apparatus itself, and be very clear with pictures on which parts to clean and how -camera is weird to have. cool and works well, but it unsettles me. That's all I can think of, but my vacuum mop is great and I love it so far! Purchased on October 7th I think? Kept it for over a month cleaning twice daily before I reviewed! I hope this helps anyone!
