great product but needs better instructions

These are by far the best control units to get, super easy setup with the ability to control everything from one spot is perfect and to add app control is 100% top tier. I will keep adding my spider farmer products into my grow because I’ve found nothing can compare. Not to mention the product support and warranty’s are unmatched.

After having the sensors replaced, This is considerably more reliable. It's within ~5% of my 3rd party sensors. The tent is now holding it's environment very well. biggest complaint is cable management. but I'll get the board eventually and rack everything.

I recently purchased the Spider Farmer Controller, and I’m happy to say it works great! However, I did run into a minor issue initially when trying to connect it to my Spider Farmer SF 4000 light, which I purchased back in 2020. The controller wasn’t recognizing the light, and I wasn’t sure why. I reached out to the Spider Farmer support team at [email protected], and Hazel was incredibly helpful. She quickly identified the issue: my older version of the SF 4000 light only had an RJ11 connection, while the controller required an RJ12 cable. Without hesitation, Spider Farmer overnighted me an RJ11 cable at no additional cost, and it solved the problem perfectly. I’m really impressed with the quality of the controller and the exceptional customer service I received. Hazel and the Spider Farmer team went above and beyond to ensure everything worked smoothly. Purchaed a full 2.4 tent April 2025 for $500 and was sent a kit with wrong controller and vent fan with no speed controller I had to mess around with for two months and pay return shipping and provide tracking before sending the right one. I then ordered and AC5 and Autowater kit that the autowater float arrived broken and I had to email service/support and wait yet again to be replaced then to have a month without issues before being prompted to update firmware on my GGS Controller and AC5 just to lose access to the ac5 through the GGS controller for two months before they informed me they added an additional device screen after I replaced both my ac5 and ggs controller multiple times. Now the SF2000evo which is less powerful and has less leds than my friend Gen1 Sf2000 will not go above 10-15% brightness. To say this brand is unreliable is an understatement as cobbled together garbage would be more reliable...

This controller has been a game-changer—it manages all my environmental equipment flawlessly. I’m using it with a SpiderFarmer light, fan, humidifier, blower, and a 5-outlet setup. I did run into some confusion while setting everything up, but SpiderFarmer’s support was top-notch. After contacting them through their website, they sent me a clear wiring diagram by the next business day. Now everything works seamlessly, and all I have to do is monitor conditions and water my garden until transplanting time. Excellent product and outstanding customer service!

Great product with huge potential — the GGS controller makes managing my grow space much easier. Setup is intuitive and the app control is very convenient. I had some compatibility issues at first, but support was responsive and resolved everything. Looking forward to full integration with more devices!

I recently tested the Spider Farmer GGS Controller Sets in my 90 x 50 x 160 cm Spider Farmer tent, and they quickly became one of the most useful additions to my setup. Connecting both the G1500 LED Grow Lamp and the Spider Farmer fan was straightforward, and everything worked together seamlessly. The controller interface is intuitive and straightforward, but I mostly used the app, which made things even easier. Adjusting brightness, fan speed, and scheduling directly from my phone was extremely convenient and allowed me to fine-tune the environment from anywhere. Automating the light cycles and airflow brought much more consistency to the grow. Overall, the GGS Controller Sets are an excellent upgrade if you want more control and automation in a small grow space. Paired with the Spider Farmer tent, fan, and G1500 lamp, they form a very efficient, well-integrated setup. Highly recommended.
