These were a bit pricey, but these are the only Collagen Peptides I could find that actually specifically stated that they include collagen peptides, were sugar free, and were in gummy form! (I’m on a sugar free diet, and pills tend to get stuck in my throat) You get a 60 count so they will last me a long time, but they are definitely pricey. (I think that’s average for Collagen Peptides from what I’ve seen though) I just had a surgery that can create a lot of loose skin so I was recommended I take these to help support my skin while my body is changing. The strawberry flavor is very subtle, but the gummies are in the traditional gummy bear shape and texture which is very sweet. I’ve been taking two gummies a day and I can’t wait to see my skin improvements over time.

These are pretty good. I do feel them having a good effect on my hair and nails. They taste good. My one drawback for now, as these are new to me, is that I noticed they begin with a texture they don’t end up with after a couple of weeks. They became a little more stale and gritty even though I keep them in a dark more temp controlled environment. Not sure why the texture changes. I’m going to stick with these for now.

Taking meds for weight loss and my physical therapist suggested I try these along with vitamins to help save me from hair loss. I’m on my second bottle and I think I can definitely see an improvement. They are easy to take and sugar free.
