This is my third attempt at buying a high powered USB-C power supply for the newer-gernation USB-powered laptops. First one of lower wattage burned out. Second one also of lower wattage I dropped on concrete so it quit working. This one seems OK so far, I can maintain charge on two USB-powered laptops and a cell and tablet all at the same time. It is a lttle expensive. The device gets moderately warm as one migh expect, and it is heavy, large and a bit clunky for carrying in a backpack but the upside it is the only charger one needs to carry on a business trip. Also the 3-prong AC cord comes out of the charger's AC inlet port easily which I fixed by putting a little electrical tape around the plug to make it more secure. These minor issues aside it seems like a good device. Time will tell concerning its longevity.

I bought the product around January and yes it does have some heft and it failed in February. Not a great start. I reached out to support and sent them a video of the ports that stopped working and they instantly sent me a replacement. 4 months later it’s still working just fine. I’m not sure why, but I bought 3 different usb charging hubs from different brands on Amazon from around November 2022 to January 2023 and all of them failed. I’m just happy the replacement unit is working just fine, but I’m thinking that a lot of the manufacturers probably got the same part from the same factory and those parts failed.

Very very nice under rated, compact powerful, dependable. I bought some USB C cables that have a digital display of how many watts are being supplied and this unit can handle multiple units at very high charging rates. Love it I also have the highest rated GaN charger and I gotta say that this little baby charges more things at higher rates that that one. I use the highest rated one as a backup a real gem this one

Works great for laptops and iPads - good for traveling, heavier than some comparables, but I think it works better, and it’s not like it’s actually heavy I can charge 3 laptops, my phone and my watch all at once and quickly

In the days when all of your devices care about what kind of charger is plugged into them, this is great. I can charge my Apple, and Android Devices as my Surface, MacBook Air, and MacBook Pro. It also reduced them down to basically one plug instead a of huge message of chargers plugged into a surge protector.

I wish it was a bit less expensive but it works perfectly. I like the fact that it has 3 USB-C and 2 USB-A ! It's not really light but the size is pretty compact and 240W is plenty. I'm really happy about it!

Loved the idea of having such versatility and power - hated that in roughly four months since purchasing the USB ports no longer reliably charge. Intermittently when connected to any of the ports you can see and hear the phone or iPad start charging, but without touching it all devices start or stop charging randomly. Now most of the time it no longer charges regardless of how long they are connected. Tried swapping cables, ports, devices. The problem is clearly and definitely with the device. Take the same cords and unplug them from this device and plug the into other power sources and the deice immediately begins charging. Perhaps the single most expensive charging station I have ever purchased - and worthless at this point. Not even sure how to contact the manufacturer or warranty/repair/replacement as I can't find a "contact us" on their web site and Amazon simply says, "Contact manufacturer directly about warranty information." Addendum on June 15, 2023: It is important for me to add that I did find a way to contact the company and I have *** already *** received a full refund for this purchase. Although the product that I had purchased failed in an unacceptable time frame, the company's customer support was superb. As I actually need a charger of this power, I now have sufficient faith in the company that I will likely re-purchase another from them in the hope that the one that failed was an outlier.
