these work great and the customer service was very helpful in fixing an issue.

I've been using them for over a year and a half and still working perfectly despite heavy, regular use. The pump broke just after six months of use but the company sent me a replacement within days of contacting them. Overall, I think they are a little too expensive for the feature so I would have given the product four stars but the top-notch customer service brings it back up to five stars. Update: Have been using regularly for over three years now and still all three pairs work great without leaks or issues.

This product is a very clever device, reasonably priced, which applies compression to proximal quads and biceps in order to reduce venous flow during prescribed exercises. This has the effect of enabling one to feel and strengthen weak and underused muscles very well which is how I use it as a physical therapist. Need to be careful about direction you apply cuffs so the plastic nozzle doesn't poke you during exercise. Would be nice to have come with some instructions. There were none.

Valve on one of the leg cuffs is leaking. Cuffs don't stay in place during activity. Pressure pump device does not hold pressure consistently. Unfortunately I am unfortunately past time to return for refund. I cannot recommend these cuffs for something that needs the precision of accurate pressure measures.

My orthopedist recommended BFR post surgery. He meant the physical therapist and not self administered. Regardless I bought this and it was comparatively inexpensive and it’s held up well. The PT I’m seeing has a similar model and I can’t tell the difference.

Writing a review. Be Aware! I was happy when i got them.. when i start using them i notices their flows.. 1) the cuffs for legs are fine. 2) the cuffs for arms ate too wide, they bite when i do arm workout. Now. The mmhg monitor is garbage.. really a pice of garbage. The gage of the monitor is all over the place.. it stopped working. Now i have to buy a new one..
