Very nice taste, I don’t use the whole sachet as it’s a lot, one sachet can last for three water bottles which is very good. I’ve got cancer and lots of side effects with chemo and I get sick a lot as well as runs so I lose a lot of electrolytes, these help with getting that balance right as well as helping with hydration. Dissolves easy too so well worth the price.

Absolutely love these. Taste fantastic. Great for rehydration after sport or take at night to wake up fresh and ready for the day or as a mid afternoon slump pick me up. Pack full of vitamins, what's not to like and come in loads of different flavours. Pina colada and apple and pear are my favourite but haven't tasted them all yet

Brought these 5 times now. Love them for a pick me up or after exercise. Tried pineapple once but gone back to Watermelon, its lovely. Enjoy.

Ok.. firstly, if you need rehydration.. these work really well. Mouth went from dryer than the inside of a Thames water pipe to wetter than an otters pocket in no time.. mix easily, pretty cost effective for what these are. So, you may be thinking 🤔 why the three stars then dude? Well... I tried the summer fruits flavour.. best way to describe the taste is drinking a glass of sea water, mixed with a splash of j*zz and the tiniest drop of Tesco value summer fruits dilute.. not a taste sensation unless you're into that kind of thing 🤷

Been using for a few months now and definitely found a difference. Drink one in the morning and has helped with morning nausea and headaches. Keeps me hydrated and definitely feel better. Very good for when feeling unwell or having had a couple of drinks the night before helps with recovery. Love all the flavours!

Gave these a try after having norovirus , I was completely dehydrated. Used these to get me re-hydrated again. They worked perfectly, good flavours, disoved very well. Perfect.
