Dear Team, I unboxed my SunSun JTP 2800 Submersible Pump today after purchase about a month ago. On connecting the plug and testing it for the first time, the motor is completely non-functional — there is no sound, vibration, or movement. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, I have missed the standard return window since I opened it late, but the product has never been used or even operated once. I request your immediate support or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty. It is disappointing that a new, unused SunSun product fails right out of the box. Please advise the next steps for replacement or service action at the earliest

I bought the JTP 3800 (25W, 3800 L/H) pump after testing several other models, and I’m very satisfied with the performance. The flow rate and power consumption match almost exactly with real-world results. At about 2 to 2.5 meters head height, it filled a 23-liter bucket in just 1 minute, and even at 2.7–3 meters, it managed the same in around 1 minute 40 seconds, which is impressive compared to most pumps that fail beyond 2.5 meters. Power consumption stayed very efficient too — between 22W to 26W depending on the head height, which is very close to the advertised rating of 25W. I measured the flow and power myself and found it very consistent. I use it to fill a 1000-liter tank, and it takes around 34 minutes to fully fill it. Based on daily usage, the electricity cost comes to less than ₹135 per year, which is extremely economical! 📌 Pros: Excellent flow even at 3M head height. Very low power consumption. Quiet operation and good build quality. Realistic and reliable performance (not exaggerated like many other brands). 📌 Cons: Slight decrease in flow after 2.7M (expected), but still better than most pumps in this price range. ✨ Final Verdict: If you are looking for a durable, energy-efficient, and high-performance submersible pump, especially for up to 3 meters head height, the JTP 3800 is absolutely worth it. I have purchased these pumps being impressed with the flow I have bought a second one also but to my disappointment they eighter heated up the aquarium or one of them stopped working , I thought it's a problem with them but due to lack of knowledge on cavitation in plumbing I kept on changing motors after motors I even tried regular kirloskar and crompton motors which also failed then realising that the problem is with my plumbing system I have done my research and got these pumps reinstalled , each motor has a flow rate that's 5 times the output of any 1 hp centrifugal pumps they use in agriculture or for water pumping minus the sound and nvh . I was ignorant for leaving a negative feedback about them , they deliver 5 times the output at a fraction of cost both purchase and running and they run whisper quite for any one who want absolutely a beast of a pump minus the noise these should be the de facto choice
