Seems To Do The Trick
I had some aches in my elbow that comes and goes whenever I do repetitive tasks. I try not to let it happen but sometimes I forget to not overwork them.I got this for support of my right elbow and to restrain some movement in it so that it could heal. It felt a little tighter than what the measurements said, but I figured it needs to be tight to do its job.I wore it according to the product photos for a few days and nights, on and off. It didn’t take long for my elbow to feel fine again. My only reason for four stars is it’s pretty pricey for what the materials and construction are. But what do I know about medical devices?I’m adding this to my repetitive motion injury drawer of helpful items.

Size chart is off - too tight
I have a wonky elbow (probably due to a double-jointed shoulder on the same arm), and I'm always on the lookout for elbow support that is comfortable and effective. My upper arm has a bit of extra fluff, and when elbow sleeves go too high, they squish my arm and not only look weird but feel weird, too. This one appealed to me because it doesn't go so high up the arm.Unfortunately, I ordered the size for my arm according to the chart (size 3 - 11"), and it was snug. The next size-up would've worked much better for me. I guess I'll set this aside, and maybe it'll work for another family member at some point, but it's a no-go for me.The unique pads that are on both sides are pretty great. I've never had a sleeve with these, and I can see these being beneficial. I really wish the size chart had been more accurate and I would've been able to use this, but hopefully my review will help others get the right size.

A little too constricting for me
I measured per the instructions in the item description and ordered the recommended size. While it provides adequate support and does offer pain relief, it's a little too small and constricting for my forearm. I find that I can only wear it for about 30 minutes max. At least that's 30 minutes of relief.

Support is decent
This elbow support provides support just slightly shy of moderate support. The sleeve has cushioning gel around the elbow and the rest of the sleeve provides compression and support when bending and using. The pain relief this support provides is decent while still allowing you to be able to have full range of motion in your arm.

Supportive, Comfortable
This elbow support comes a little too late this injury around, but seeing this a couple of weeks after a run-in with the edge of a door frame prompted me to make sure I'm prepared for the next time. Be sure to measure carefully - I ordered the size closest to my arm measurement and it's almost too snug (my arm falls at the upper limit of one size and lower limit of the next size up, so perhaps I should have ordered the larger one). Still, it does feel comfortable and supportive, so if that pesky door frame gets in my way again, I'm ready!
