This set has a great assortment of bands. They work great and have held up. There are thin and thick ones, so you can put a lot of resistance. They flex and don't kink.

Nice to have heavier bands especially when traveling to keep up with exercise routines. The heavier weighted bands are good quality they don’t feel like they’ll tear or break as some other bands I had did. It’s also really nice to have the lbs listed on the band so you’re not trying to mess around and figure out which band is heavier than the other.

Total joke. My chihuahua could put up more resistance than these flimsy, cheap, plastic items.

These work great. It came with different work out instructions. They are thick and seem like they'll last awhile!
