Carry On Luggage with Spinner Wheels, 8010S Aluminum Frame Zipperless Polycarbonate Hard Shell Suitcase (ZX-Core, Blue, 20 Inch)

I recently took this carry on luggage with me on a ten day trip across Europe, averaging about two flights a day, and I have to say, this suitcase impressed me on every level. First off, the carry-on capacity is surprisingly spacious for a 20inch case. I was able to pack everything I needed without feeling cramped, and the internal layout made organization simple. The hard shell and aluminum frame gave me confidence that my belongings were protected, even when I had to check it under the plane multiple times—and after all that handling, the suitcase came back looking flawless, no scratches at all. Traveling with it was effortless thanks to the smooth-rolling spinner wheels with built-in springs. They really minimize vibrations and make navigating through airports and cobblestone streets much less of a hassle. The upgraded TSA lock is also a game-changer—easy to open with one button, secure, and sturdy enough to withstand the occasional rough handling. Design-wise, I love the sleek silver finish and the attention to durability with reinforced corners and a reinforced frame. Functionality is solid across the board: from the glide of the wheels to the zipperless opening, every feature feels well thought out. Considering the quality and durability, plus the included 3-year protection plan, this suitcase offers incredible value for money. The best luggage I've ever purchased at any price. Love all the pockets inside, the quality of the internal fabric is better than any luggage I've tested (8 sets from Beis, NOBL, Samsonite and others - wife is VERY picky). Rolls so smooth, very well built, opens and closes perfectly and easily. Weighed 12.67 lbs empty, same as my regular hardside Samsonite.

Purchased 2 of these suitcases to replace a well traveled set. Upon receiving I really liked the look (modern and trendy) and solid build quality of the suitcases. My wife really liked how easy they roll and maneuver. Have used them twice already and I can say they are as good as they look. I did have a problem with one of the suitcases. Somehow the locks wouldn't open when I arrived home. I ended having to buy a TSA key to get to my stuff. The reset button on the lock was also locked so I couldn't reset the code. I contacted luggex via email to see if they could help me reset the codes. They were very responsive (same day response) which was very surprising yet comforting. They offered to send me some new locks free of charge. I have to say I was very surprised. They didn't even charge a shipping fee. For their price point and excellent customer service, I cannot see a reason why not to buy from them again when replacing my other set of suitcases.

I originally ordered a Solgaard carry on bag and felt for the price it felt small and cheap and the I ordered a KYME carry on and it was just to small. This carry on is so much nicer and the charcoal grey looks great and love the latches over a zipper.

I loved it until I couldn't get it open! I used this case for a few trips and loved it, then took it on a longer trip to Italy where we walked a couple of miles over sidewalks with broken places, on and off curbs, over cobbled streets and the wheels rolled easily and were durable. I loved the latches/no zippers. It was pretty (I had the blue one)! The handle was also durable, my (fairly heavy) backpack had a strap to connect it over the handle and it didn't cause a problem. It fit easily in the overhead of the plane. The one problem was the locks/latches, I set the locks and locked them before the flight home from Italy because I checked it for that flight, and when I got home I couldn't unlock it! I had set both locks with the same code, and I couldn't unlock either of them. I had only locked them once before to check to make sure the locks worked and they did, but after the flight they wouldn't unlock. I ended up having to open them with a hammer, which worked, but ruined them. So I'm sad, my pretty suitcase is a goner.

I only ever write reviews if I absolutely love or hate an item. This item deserves all 4 stars, and I will purchase another smaller version of this case for carry on. It is built like a tank, the wheels are very smooth, the latch has a very satisfying"click" to it, it has plenty of space for an extended trip, as well as separate storage compartments, and overall it looks very sharp. My only complaint is that by itself, it is a little heavy, around 10-11 lbs. But as long as you know how to distribute weight between your checked bag and carryon, you'll be fine. I love it

I've typically carried a duffel bag, but I'm getting older and wheels are increasingly attractive. I didn't want a zipper, and although I was mostly traveling by train I wanted to meet the carry-on requirements for a short plane flight (turned out that I had to check the luggage anyway, as carry-on was full by the time my group boarded). Very happy with this luggage. It's sturdy and holds more than expected; I packed in enough clothing for 12 days (I'm relatively small, it was summer so materials were light, I didn't have to play dress-up at any point). It looks nice (several people commented). It rolls smoothly over sidewalks walking quickly, doesn't go wobbly. The handle adjusts quickly for pulling behind, walking beside, closing up for baggage rack. It does add more weight than a duffel bag; I had some trouble getting it over the rim to retrieve it from the train rack. It's a bit tedious to have two combination locks but also reassuring. I don't travel much, so durability over time is an unknown.

Excellent quality! Practical. A little on the heavy side but is worth it, is secure, easy to maneuver.
