Right Dosage for Me
Most CoQ-10 comes in ether 200mg or 100mg caps. That dosage is just too much for me. I will get too much cognitive energy and start to think too much at night while trying to go to sleep. Now with these 30mg, it is just perfect for me. I don't get that jumpy feeling at night and can still go to sleep when I need to. If I do have a day when I need a little more boost, I'll take two capsules for a total of 60mg which is still tolerable for me when I go to bed that night. I will purchase more of this product once I run out.

If you have a soy allergy or sensitivity, avoid this product. I tried it to see if the amount was small enough to tolerate, but it is not.
