The part fits and functions well
I replaced both signal lamps on either side of my 1998 Toyota Corolla. This item fit nicely and functions properly. No problems or bad surprises with the installation as it went smooth ! I am very satisfied with this part and I would purchase it again.

Had watched the video on YouTube for this
My dad had replaced the left turn signal light. My dad had watched the video on YouTube. And then he decided that it was easy to install. My dad’s left turn signal was broken with the hole on the lens. Very affordable and easy to replace. I highly recommend buying from Amazon, instead of the more expensive ones from the dealership. Highly recommended.

Don't trust Amazon Filters
Not vendor fault but this item did not fit my car. I filtered for my specific model and yet it still showed me this item I broke tabs trying to get it to fit so i am stuck with it but I need to remember to verify that it still is for my vehicle. Luckily low cost.

Exact match for my 1998 Corolla
I bought this to replace my driver side turn signal on my 1998 Corolla. The clear plastic cover went missing and I was afraid weather and road debris would break my OEM bulb. When I replaced the housing I kept the old bulb so I can't comment on how the new bulb is. This new replacement housing fit perfectly on my Corolla. The only problem now is that my passenger side signal looks foggy compared to the driver side. I like my car to look symmetrical. How to install:1.) Open the hood.2.) Look for the single screw holding the housing to the car. Unscrew,3.) Pull the entire signal unit toward the FRONT of the car, not the side. It should come out with some force.4a.) Unplug the wiring from the old bulb socket and housing and attach it to the new bulb and housing.Or if you want to use the old bulb4b.) Twist the bulb sockets out of each housing and switch. Make sure to twist and lock them in place after. Attach the wiring to the old bulb in the new housing.5.) When placing the signal back into the car, make sure the two plastic pins align with the slots in your car.6.) Use more force to push and lock the signal firmly in place. Screw it on.That's it!I don't normally do my own car repairs but this was easy enough. Done in less than 5 minutes.

Perfect, 2000 Toyota Corolla
Perfect fit! A new bulb is included!Rather than repeating everyone's high praise, I'll offer some instructions:1. Pop open the hood, and unscrew the Phillips (+) screw holding the existing turn signal assembly.2. Pull the assembly directly forward towards the front of the car. DO NOT PULL TOO HARD, as the wire is still attached, but a bit of force may be required to unseat a plastic mount.3. Once removed, undo the plastic plug and socket on the cable to fully separate the assembly from the car.4. At this time, IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR OLD BULB, as I did, remove your old bulb from the old assembly by either:4.1 Twisting off the bulb mount from the REAR of the old assembly and pulling out the bulb4.2 OR in my case, since the assembly's front side was gone (thus the replacement!) I just pulled the old bulb out directly.5. Installation is the reverse of above.5.1 Before you reassemble everything, you may want to ensure that the blinkers work.5.2 If you've kept your old bulb, you know how to install it on the new one. Otherwise, THE NEW BULB IS ALREADY INSTALLED.
