Great for the price
The Lucuppa Cupping Therapy Set arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised. This set is a great introduction to cupping. Cupping is a therapy that is believed to increase blood flow therefore reducing inflammation and pain. This set allows you to precisely apply the cups to specific areas of the body. I used to be a massage therapist and the old way we would used cupping was with glass cups that we would hold over a fire and then apply to the skin (so old fashioned). The problem with this method is you couldn't control how much suction would be applied to the skin. This is a much better alternative. The cups are plastic and much safer to use than glass. I used this on a few areas of my knees and it worked great. Cupping isn't guaranteed to work for everyone but this set is fantastic value and worth having if you have an active lifestyle in my opinion. I would recommend this set!

Good beginners set.
I can’t comment on the science or its effectiveness as an alternative therapy, however as a beginners set for someone interested in trying it out this is a great choice. It’s straightforward to use and includes enough cups to perform a full-body session if desired. The variety of cup sizes makes it versatile for targeting different areas, and the pump provides a firm and effective suction. I found it particularly helpful for relieving muscle tension in my back and shoulders. While the plastic cups feel somewhat thin, they have proven to be durable so far. Overall, it delivers good value for its price.

Good set for beginners
I rated this set with 4.5 stars and wanted to highlight that I’m not a professional and this is new to me and for my personal use only. This set arrived in a very flimsy but nice looking box. There is many elements inside and the cups are made out of plastic, which is something that I came across for the first time; my granny always used glass ones. The cups come in different sizes which is perfect as allows you to use them on different areas on you body - the larger ones for example on your back, shoulders, legs and the smaller ones on your joints. The pump works really well and create a good suction for the cups. I can’t get over the fact that they are plastic and find them a bit flimsy but they do work well.I’ve purchased this set for realising tension in my muscles and so far so good. It’s a two person job really if you work on your back or hand as removing the pump after attaching the cups to your body reaquires two hands.Overall I like this set and I think that for the current price 19.9£ is a good value for money but wouldn’t pay any more.

No effect
I guess this is all very dependent on the individual, but for my wife who suffers from chronic back pain, this did absolutely nothing. The set looks ok, if a little cheap, but nobody buys a cupping set for aesthetics. Your mileage may vary, but I have to rate this on the basis of my experience.Avoid.

Very Worthy Beginner Cupping Set for Personal Use (Not Fit for Commercial Use)
For the price, a very good beginners cupping set for personal at-hone cupping. this set is not robust enough to be used in a commercial setting as there are some parts which aren't built for persistent use.The guy she in this set is made of plastic, not the usual jade stone which I use with my specially purchased original gun sha. As such, its not cold enough and is lighter in weight. It doesn't have quite the same effect as my regal guy she.The cups are set out in a varied series of sizes. The emphasis is on the larger cups with flat heads which are great for larger areas such as back, neat, head and legs. There are some smaller cups with are good for joints, ankles, feet and soles. There is a small quantity of curved head cups which fit very well around the knee and elbow joint - the trick is to draw the pump in radially a few times until a seal is created - otherwise they can fall off.The cups are hard plastic and can shatter if dropped onto a stone floor. You can buy silicon suction cup too, though the technique for those is slightly different to this set.As a beginner, these are you best bet as there is a good range of different sizes in this set, the curved and flat heads means you can focus on tricky joints, flat and round surfaces. The suction works very well and holds fast. I kept some going for over 30 minutes. There was no loss of suction. The guidance for joints ive mentioned above works well to keep the cups intact for the smaller trickier spots. There is a set of light magnets included in the set and these are easy to fit and remove. The pump works perfectly. Removal of the pump after fitting you cups single-handedly is quite tricky. As two hands are needed to remove the cup, otherwise you might be tugging. There is a pump extension included for difficult to reach areas when you plan to self-cup. The problem is you still need to place the cup in that area with your hand and remove the pump from the cup. This would mean you still need to ensure the area you're cuppings is reachable by your hand.I actually really like this cupping set for a beginner for individual use. The pump works well and ive not had any issues with operation.5 stars at the current price of around £25. I don't think i'd pay more for this set.

Cupping good!
I’ve always wanted to try cupping so decided to give this set a go.At first, I couldn’t get any suction, but then once I watched the video, I realised you have to pull the valve first. 🤦🏼♀️I found it literally only takes a couple of pumps to get a lump inside the cup. It doesn’t hurt at all, in fact, I found the sensation quite pleasant. I have to say, it really doesn’t look pretty though 🙈 and my husband is quite appalled by the whole process, especially the purple circles it leaves on your skin days at a time. The set itself is great though. There’s a good selection of sizes and I like the tube that enables you to pump cups in hard to reach places like the middle of your back. For the price, it’s a good introduction into cupping. I think I just need to do a bit more research into it to get the best results from it.
