I'm so excited for this book to finally be released! It arrived today. I have It is meticulously written in Jefferson Fisher's style. For those who aren't already avid followers of Jefferson Fisher on Social Media and YouTube, go give him a follow. He is very personable and you will find lots of really relatable scenarios and easy to implement tips for more successful conversations.For context, I work in a Contact Centre role, and some conversations can be incredibly emotive and challenging. I'm already seeing improvements in my ability to remain unflusterable when being shouted at, and in my overall performance metrics.

This book is a very useful and well-written book for anyone who needs to communicate more effectively and with less conflict

I pre ordered this book and have really looked forward to receiving it. I follow Jefferson and love his advice and teachings.The book is absolutely amazing. I am so enjoying reading it’s such an easy read and I love the direct dialogue and very relatable information and tools it’s given me.I am so pleased and I’m about to buy another copy to gift to someone. I don’t want to give my book away as it’s going to take pride of place in my bookcase. An amazing book everyone needs to read.

What a treat to open and read this book, the first of many from this guy, I hope! Jefferson always comes across so well, whether in his writing or via his posts on Instagram. As a fellow writer, I wanted to give a shout out to Jefferson's easy to read and informative book, I would encourage anyone to get hold of it and use it because the tools and techniques will improve every reader's conversations forever!

Fantastic book ... Well written, easy to follow and great practical examples for everyday situations.

This is an easy book to read with many good suggestions, and having finished it, I'll keep refererring to it if I need inspiration from it at anytime. It's an excellent guide, beautifully written, and I would definitely recommend it.

Very useful book - love the simplicity - I am also listening to the audio version - some great tips and tactics. What I think would make it even better would be a few more worked examples on how to deal with or respond to some specific common examples. e.g. bullying in a domestic setting, online bullying, etc ... if you have any - maybe a follow up book? Love his simple style - no nonsense woo woo jargon.

Such good advice that is easily implemented.
