This is the 3rd or 4th opener I've purchased in the last two years. This is by far the best! Top reasons this is the best: #1: it has opened every single bottle I've tried - even ones the other struggled with #2: press the button and let go; you don't have to hold the stupid button in (great for folks with bad thumbs) #3: I like the light #4: Battery level indicator and battery life ALL THIS translates to great value, ease of use, great cork removal The only thing I didn't like is that there is no stand per se (it rests on the foil cutter). Easily solved with several stands from the other inferior openers

Excellent product, works well, and has an elegant, sleek design. Comes with accessories and would make a good gift. When I had a problem with it, the customer service was outstanding. They sent another immediately and were exceptionally responsive and cordial. Highly recommend this product!

Electric Wine Opener Set is pure joy! Absolutely EXCELLENT. For seniors with weak hands this is a blessing for ease of opening. It's joyful to be able to drink wine again!!!! The extra items are great especially the wine aerator. LOVE how red wine reacts and enjoying the rich taste. The other items for removing air and storing wine are not as easy to use but I'll keep messing with them to see it I can get them to work better. If not, it's okay as everything else is fantastic. Great value for the money.

The seller made it right and sent a replacement, thank you! Was very happy with the product at first but now disappointed. It died after removing a cork, the cork is now stuck and the product won't charge. We left it on the charger overnight, it turns on for a second and then dies again. Product support isn't helpful either. The other reviews of the product lasting a few months and then malfunctioning is correct. Unless the supplier is going to stand by there product and give free replacements don't waste your money. Even more interesting is my review isn't being published.
