We were asked by our Dr. to use this particular mag oxide, so we do, from what I have learned, it outsells and outperforms any other mag oxide. So I cannot exactly answer your question, we just think it is the best available.

About the size of a regular aspirin. They go down easily and I take two at a time daily.

Mag Ox can save your life and make your heart beat normal if you're low on Magnesium.

Best I can find anymore. My Cardiologist gave the right directions when my heart was out of rhythm. I was low of magnesium and he said to take the Magnesium Oxide about 420mg every day. In a month my heart was beating normal. Him & another heart specialist told me the magnesium oxide was the only magnesium for the heart. Other magnesium supplements were good for other body parts but the heart needs the Magnesium Oxide to help it. MagOx is one of the few that helps me.
