Works perfect as a replacement for my portable AC unit. Hooks up easily and more securely than the one that initially came with my AC unit. Material is sturdy and there is no perceptable leak of air outside the exhaust. Also is way cheaper than replacement parts from the manufacturer.

Did not find this to be Universal. It did not fit on my Lg unit. Order good duct tape and you can "MacGyver It" to work

It’s ok it just doesn’t fIT MY AC

I had to be creative to be able to connect with my ac because even though it said it fits, it didn’t. Other than that the product is as described.

Returning because it didn't fit (just like everyone else). My AC is a Hisense for reference.

I am impressed with the quality of the product. It was very strong and stable, so I knew it would easily hold the tube -- which can be a challenge sometimes! I'd gladly recommend this.
