Ideal for back pain!
Works exactly as described, really easy to use and has worked wonders on my back! Really comfortable and fits well - there's loads of adjustment.Stays cold for a reasonable lenght of time, and refreezes in an hour - so can be reused quickly.

Quick effective relief from back pain
Arrived super quick. Belt Velcro is really strong which allows for a snug fit. The pouch didn’t heat up evenly in the microwave and did lose temp after 10-15 mins, but you’re not supposed to apply heat/ice for too long at a time anyway. It did heat up really quickly though so wasn’t a big deal to put in the microwave again.I personally found the underside of the belt (which is in contact with your skin) to irritate as the Velcro to hold the pouch has sharp corners (others wouldn’t find this a problem I’m sure).Strong VOC smell when you first open so might need to air for a bit first (I can still smell this a bit after 48hrs but it’s not stopping me from using it).I have wondered if a hot water bottle would have been just as effective especially if I was sat down anyway.

Great wraparound belt for a soothing effect.
A fantastic wraparound device that has two inner gel packs that can be either warmed-up or cooled in the freezer before being added to the outer "skin". I left the belt on for 30 minutes at a time and it worked a treat. I'm very glad I bought this.

Heat dissipates quickly
On the positive side, the back wrap does a great job of holding the gel pack in the position you want. It is a very generous size too should you need it.On the negative side, the gel pack loses its heat rather quickly. A previous heat/cold pack I had retained its heat much longer.I have not used it a a cold/ice pack so cannot comment on that.

Comfort at painful times.
The heat relief is very effective. It is quite a process to warm and fit but is a comfort.

Both me and my husband love thus! It holds temperature well, whether it's hot or cold, it's easy to use, comfortable to wear, fits well (get xl if you're bigger than a size 14 ladies), we've used it for back pain, shoulder pain and period pains, very versatile and such good quality.
