We did manage to squeeze and pull the bottle out through the small opening at the top but I don't think you are meant to. There is every chance you will rip the material. Funnily enough only yesterday the bottle itself actually burst, fortunately without harm (other than water everywhere) but it does raise questions about durability... Although manhandling it out of its cover in the past may not have done it a lot of good!

I received this product as a gift. How do you remove the cover???? I'll have to use scissors. Not good.

I’ve not done it with mine as don’t find the need too. But a friend has the same one she folds the bottle length wise to slip the cover off to wash by hand then does the same to replace the cover before filling the bottle says she’s had no problems. She’s had hers well over 1 year.

Definitely not, I would never give a baby a hot water bottle anyway, but the fur and ties would be completely unexceptionable accepted
