Every kid wants to drive like this...
My youngest nephew lives with his folks and older brother in the South, where car racing is a big deal and a major spectator sport. I saw this item and thought he'd enjoy getting in on the fun, so I ordered it for him. When it arrived, he opened the package and spent a few minutes just admiring how cool the car looked, but he was absolutely thrilled when he realized it could MOVE! He set it up and took it out for a spin (with the help of his older brother), and now he is training daily for a crack at Daytona. With remote control, rechargeable batteries, lights, and tires you can change to allow you to drift around curves, it won't be long before he's there!

Pretty quick for it's size and very fun to drift
A surprisingly fun and fast remote control car that punches above its weight in terms of speed and entertainment value. With a top speed of 10MPH, it’s genuinely quick for its compact size, making it a blast to race and drift around indoors or on smooth outdoor surfaces. One of the best features is its 4WD system, which provides excellent handling and control. Whether you’re making sharp turns or pulling off drifts, the car responds well to inputs, making it an enjoyable experience for kids and even adults. The included **racing and drifting wheels** allow for some customization, adding versatility to your driving style. The bright LED lights are another nice touch, enhancing the visual appeal and making it easier to track the car in dimly lit areas. The car comes with two rechargeable batteries, which is a big plus for extending playtime. Each battery provides about 15-20 minutes of runtime, which is decent for a car of this size, though charging takes a bit longer. Swapping the batteries is quick and easy, ensuring minimal downtime between sessions. The build quality is good for the price point. While it’s lightweight and clearly designed as a toy, it feels sturdy enough to handle minor crashes and bumps, which is great for younger users still learning to drive. An excellent gift for kids and a fun hobby for RC enthusiasts. Its speed, handling, and features make it a standout in its category. While the battery life could be slightly better, the dual-battery setup helps offset this limitation. For its size and price, this RC car delivers a lot of value and enjoyment. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small yet capable remote control car.

Great Gift Idea for the Young Car Enthusiast
This was a great gift idea for a young kid who loves anything with wheels. The grandkid has gotten hours of enjoyment out of this. What could be better: The charging method could be upgraded / updated to have the connection built into the toy so that the batteries do not have be accessed in order to charge.

Basic RC car, not that friendly for kids, average quality, a bit too overpriced
One of things I first noticed is that this thing is how inconvenient it is for kids. Replacing the battery for the car needs to be unscrew despite it having a clip and the same goes for the remote and changing the wheels. They all need to be screw and unscrewed using a Philips screw driver which was not included with the set. The set does include two rechargeable batteries for the car and 2 AA batteries for the remove which is great. The car itself is light and the material feels very average. The wheels on this device felt a bit loose and only turns in one set angle. This car is decently fast and for drifting it can be fun depending on the flooring it's used on. For a asking price of $30 during the time of this review I felt it was too expensive. Amazon and 3rd parties has these toys for around $19-$23 with the same features. Had it been priced at around that price this would've been a decent recommend for kids.

Wicked fun, and really fast for its size!
I grabbed this to have some fun with my little guy who loves racing things on his tricycle...and this little car definitely gives him a good run for his money!First and foremost, the "drift" aspect of the car is really fun to play around with. The kit comes with two different sets of wheels: one hard-plastic set, and one rubber-coated set. The hard plastic wheels reduce the traction and let the car slide and drift like a proper 4-wheel-drive drifter. There's plenty of power to keep all 4 wheels moving at any given time as well, and it never bogs down. I've found a lot of fun racing it around the shop while drifting around obstacles...crashing it a bit often, but hey...The rubber wheels give plenty of grip to keep it racing around tight corners. They're a bit more forgiving on small bumps, and - because the car is rather small and lightweight - these seem to be a bit more gentle on street and sidewalk surfaces. The car is QUICK! I believe the ad says 10 mph, and I believe it. The battery life is great, and it came with two batteries, both of which are common single-cell lithium batteries that are interchangeable with many other toys around the house these days. The car's taken a good beating so far, and has yet to yield. So I've gotta give it a thumbs-up for durability! To note, though, it's NOT a big car, and needs a pretty flat and bump-free surface to really enjoy. Smooth driveways and sidewalks work, but older asphalt roads with a lot of cracks seems to jar it pretty badly. The perfect surface would be a basketball court...One good question is whether or not this is good for a toddler...I would say "yes", with some supervision, and a good talent at controlling quick RC cars. In the hands of my little guy, this car takes a bit too much abuse at this stage. In a year - and with a bit more practice with slightly slower cars - I bet he'll be a much better driver. So, altogether, this car is a blast, and good for anyone who likes quick and agile RC cars. Its drifting ability and sets of wheels set it apart from others out there. The batteries and motors are strong as well. Heck...it's fun! Nicely done, I say.
